To ensure quality education, ICF accredits coaching education organizations that meet the high standards set forth by ICF and ICF Coaching Education. Organization Description:	Language of Values (LoV) was born in 2021 to unify under one brand different activities held by the associates who deliver coaching facilitation consulting and training on different fields but all aiming at a coherent objective: support people's development in alignment with people and organizational values. LoV delivers a variety of courses and activities, among which there is Team Coaching, Coaching by Values training, and in-company facilitation.
Program Description:	We will work together from experience to understand: - how trust develops in the world of professional relationships and - how it affects formal and informal leadership. You will obtain effective and easily exportable tools with which to accompany your clients in managing trust in their professional and corporate relationships. You will be able to recognize and defuse the mechanisms that negatively affect trust. You will be able to accompany people, groups, and teams through processes of change, transforming the quality of their relationships. This laboratory is based on the By Values methodology, used in the professional and academic fields, and supported by more than 35 years of scientific research by Simon L. Dolan, author, consultant, and professor.
