Program Description:	The journey of learning Systemic Coaching and Constellations [delivered through either one of our two companies Coaching Constellations Ltd (freelance coaches) or Business Constellations Ltd (in-house coaches)] begins with our two-day 'Fundamentals Part I' training. Having learnt the key principles and practices and started to apply them in coaching, life and work of all kinds, coaches who feel ready to take a further step can join our three-day 'Fundamentals Part II' training. This resources coaches to go further and extend their understanding and application in teams, groups and organisational development. Part II is followed by Part III, the final part of our Fundamentals programme. In Part III, a two-day intensive, participants move deeper into the resonant fields of systems and learn to identify and articulate the language of systems, This includes systemic coaching questions and resonant sentences to offer within a coaching context. For those who want to grow and develop application deep into their practice as coaches, facilitators or OD consultants our 'Practitioner' training is then available. Following Practitioner, our Facilitator training is available to those who are interested in the wider applications of the stance, principles and practices, and the methodology that runs through all applications: the facilitation of constellations. This intensive ten-day training is held within a frame of reading and practice groups that take the participants to new levels of insight and advanced practice skills. Each of these incremental levels of experiential training is available in London, UK and by invitation, worldwide and is facilitated by members of the international teaching team all of whom are mentored by John Whittington, founder of Coaching Constellations. This is not a basic training in coaching, but a journey into systemic coaching for those already practicing as an independent or in-house coach.
