Education Search Service (ESS)
The International Coaching Federation (ICF) does not offer initial education and training to become a coach (we only offer professional development for practiced coaches). As the accrediting body for coach-specific education and accredited providers, we cannot recommend any specific coaching education organizations.
To ensure quality education, ICF accredits coaching education organizations that meet the high standards set forth by ICF and ICF Coaching Education. To find ICF-Accredited Providers we suggest that you use our Education Search Service (ESS) below. The search for a coach education program is a highly individual process that depends greatly on your personal preferences and goals. The ESS is designed to give you basic information about all ICF-Accredited Education Providers.

Points of You is an international organization devoted to assisting people in development their full potential through unique techniques and innovative tools associated with coaching.
Our trainings and workshops have been created in response to number requests from professionals, organizations and private individuals who have experienced our tools, felt the need explore and thoroughly examine additional possibilities of using it. Through the years we have developed a range of experiential trainings whose goals are to instruct and teach a variety of possible uses of our tools for personal and professional purposes as well as to enjoy a unique and engaging experience of inspiration and growth. Participants will experience advanced self- coaching, one-one-one coaching and group coaching. They will learn how to improve their coaching skills, enhance their coaching effectiveness, expand their impact and create trainings for others to accomplish the same goals. Coaches at any level - Credentialized Coaches, Student Coaches, Provisional Coaches, Coaches in the making, as well as professionals who work one-on-one or in groups who want to expand their choice of tools for facilitating creativity and intimacy with clients. 1. How to use visual images in their coaching. 2. Training exercises for individuals and groups
3. How to incorporate ICF principles in the process
4. How to create actions plans and set goals using Points of You tools
5. How to deal with challenges and remove obstacles creatively
6. How to work with the Points of You Process Charts to advance client awareness
7. How to build effective teams and enhance leadership skills through coaching
Students will have to attend (and provide proof of attendance) of all specified training hours. For the entire program 40 hours of attendance is required. Roll calling and sign off will be supervised by facilitators. Attendance is mandatory, and interaction and participations in the exercises are required to complete the requirements of the programs.

Participants will experience advanced self-coaching, one-on-one coaching and group coaching. They will learn how to improve their coaching skills, enhance their coaching effectiveness, expand their impact, and create training for others to accomplish the same goals.
We created two short programs as a portion of this workshop:
1. Hello Points Workshop- 6 Hours
2. Creative Practice Workshop- 16 hours.
Both contain content from The Turning Point program and are delivered by our certified facilitators.
In 2022 we split the program into 2 modules due to the ICF changes. One module will be 40 CCEUs Face to face and the second will be 7.5 CCEUs online. |
