Program Description:	The training program offers an innovative vision of skills development, which combines some of the 8 skills recognized by the International Coach Federation with those of engineering. The aim is to develop and build specific and highly qualified skills, applicable in current educational (University), professional and organizational contexts. The course proposes an integrated approach between coaching skills and tools and strategic engineering design capabilities. The COACH_ING trainer out of the path is a professional able to transfer the culture of the strategic project and action aimed at the improvement and co-construction with the contribution of actors and stakeholders. This vision of construction with others has been defined on the basis of experiences, data and validation of results, in educational and operational experiences in which the methodology of Coaching according to the Withmore’s GROW model, redesigned ad hoc to emerge, enhance and structure technical-strategic skills that support growth and development paths of profiles with a highly technical and relational approach. The methodology in the classroom allows you to create learning groups within a virtuous "circuit" that feeds self-will, commitment, useful data collection, experimentation, analysis and measurement. The COACH_ING model can be seen as some type of game, with its rules and penalties (the present constraints), its intermediate levels (the successive approximations) and the levels to be overcome, and then get to the final goal, in a path of awareness of objectives, resources, strategies and actions. In the rules of the game we use the following elements: • we put people at the center, with their experiences, aspirations and emotions, considering them the fulcrum of the whole process; • we stimulate change, through stimuli on specific topics, new behaviors and modes of action; • we use present content, professional practice and experimentation as a tool for improvement and continuous learning; • we observe the abilities of each person, their strengths, the skills gained from the experiences and make the person aware of one’s available personal value. Finally, let’s build together a system for measuring individual progress, facilitated by data collection systems, in tabular form.
