Education Search Service (ESS)
The International Coaching Federation (ICF) does not offer initial education and training to become a coach (we only offer professional development for practiced coaches). As the accrediting body for coach-specific education and accredited providers, we cannot recommend any specific coaching education organizations.
To ensure quality education, ICF accredits coaching education organizations that meet the high standards set forth by ICF and ICF Coaching Education. To find ICF-Accredited Providers we suggest that you use our Education Search Service (ESS) below. The search for a coach education program is a highly individual process that depends greatly on your personal preferences and goals. The ESS is designed to give you basic information about all ICF-Accredited Education Providers.

Program Description: |
Bikablo basics is a 1 or 2-day training designed to teach anyone the foundations of visualization using the bikablo technique. It is delivered synchronously either in-person or virtually online. In a relaxed learning atmosphere, participants will experience how easy it is to use small tricks to make even large pinboard surfaces memorable and lively. The trainers take plenty of time throughout the training to share the secrets of the bikablo visualization technique, -provide details and examples of how to apply visualization and answer participant questions. The training progresses from simple skills such as how to hold a pen and make visible strokes on a page to learning different visual elements to creating visual posters incorporating all of the skills learned. Key skills include: •Pen and stroke technique: feel confident drawing on a large-scale format (flipchart, pin-board or whiteboard) using strong, clean lines. •Containers: learn how to use basic geometric shapes to create graphic elements and text containers that show relationships and clarify statements. •Pictograms and figures: discover how to easily draw objects and people to get to the heart of topics and situations using images. •Combination technique: take your visual vocabulary and combine elements to translate abstract concepts into meaningful pictorial situations or present complex relationships as diagrams. •Color application: learn to use color and shade to add depth to your drawings, and struc-ture content using simple color strategies. •Poster Design: understand the basic elements needed to create an effective poster layout which can be used to design welcome materials, agendas, concept explanations, visual models and frameworks, or presentations. •Practice Workshop: to integrate all the learning in the course, participants develop a poster on a topic of their choice, to embed their learning and to provide an artifact they can immediately use in their work. The training follows a cycle of; input (teaching a skill or concept), practice (participant practices and builds the skill), and sharing and reflection (participants share what they created, their learnings and insights). Through this process, participants expand their visualization skills and deepen their learning through applied practice and sharing their learning with others. |
