Program Description:	Conflict and You is an introductory course for the principles of Compassionate Conflict. Participants explore their own experience and response to conflict, learn the difference between positive and negative conflict, explore Karpman's Drama Triangle as a model to recognize drama in self and others, learn and explore three Compassion Skills, and apply Next Element's Compassion Cycle and Formula for Compassionate Conflict to engage conflict for productive outcomes. Learners will gain confidence in their relationship with conflict and ability to utilize conflict energy in productive ways.
