To ensure quality education, ICF accredits coaching education organizations that meet the high standards set forth by ICF and ICF Coaching Education. Program Description:	Flowknow® is a Business Coaching method that uses contemporary art and visual strategies to develop individuals' and teams' soft skills with a specific focus on creativity and emotional intelligence. In this course, coaches will learn how to use the flowknow® method in order to facilitate Business Coaching sessions or to facilitate creative work in groups inside their organisation.
