As the accrediting body for coach-specific education and accredited providers, we cannot recommend any specific coaching education organizations.

To ensure quality education, ICF accredits coaching education organizations that meet the high standards set forth by ICF and ICF Coaching Education. Program Description:	This training program is delivered to coaches and Team leaders who wish to learn Team coaching techniques, according to ICF principles, guidelines and skills of team coaching. This program will particularly focus on: • the observation & debrief of group dynamics, • the strategies and the activities to help the Team become aware of their patterns and dynamics, • how to facilitate the Team in building its own action plan and focus attention on the next steps. The program runs synchronously and is divided into several modules. Between one module and another, participants will develop a project work and create networks between colleagues, to consolidate learning and put them into practice. To complete the program, Mentoring and Supervision sessions of the Team coaches The program will touch all the ICF Team coaching competencies.
