Program Description:	Thought Conductor® is a coaching system designed from an evidence base of behavioural psychology and neuroscience that teaches how to coach on a transformational level the whole person up to the whole team. Coaching the 'Whole Person' is about focusing on the client as a human being with emotions, strengths, weaknesses, values, needs, wants, beliefs and aspirations. The client presents with an issue and the coaching process brings forward client personal development and discovery. Thought Conductor® teaches the insights and skills that coaching the unconscious mind adds to the coaching conversation framework that empower people to be in charge of their lives by giving awareness and therefore control over behaviour, thoughts and feelings. Beyond that, the Thought Conductor® Certified Coach Training recognises that the client is not just themselves, they are also operating at the level of systems. Family systems, societal systems, associated belief and value systems and where they fit in organisational systems, such as at work. We teach professional coaches to work holistically and recognise that even the clients’ obstacles or issues are all part of the greater whole and operate within the whole system of the client. When we move to the level of coaching the 'Whole Team', we also need to bring this awareness that the team is made up of different individuals that form the team within the system. Our coaching model acknowledges the individual’s contribution and place within the team as well as on the level of how the team operates and functions as a whole entity.
