Program Description:	PROGRAM DESCRIPTION Our program combines professional development in coaching through the development of key competencies and the process of human self-improvement in the widest range of its manifestations. The program consists of 8 modules, which include theoretical part, homework assignments, case studies, practical work in pairs. The course is a 60-hour course program that includes: Theoretical course material. Each module is conveniently divided into thematic blocks. Practical work in pairs to practice coaching tools and debriefing sessions with an instructor. Discussion of questions on the passed material. For students, a closed group chat has been created with the constant accompaniment of an instructor, where students can communicate, exchange results, and ask their questions. Direct am immediate live feedback through what’s up calls and group chats as questions arise. Duration - 8 weeks, 1 module per week Individual support of the instructor, analysis of cases, and any questions after graduation are provided to students on an ongoing basis for an unlimited period. You can study from anywhere in the world via the Internet. Upon completion of the full course of study, students are provided with clients for conducting coaching sessions and practicing professional coaching skills. At the end of the program, students take an examination test based on the material learned, where they must show 70% of positive answers out of 100.
