The International Coaching Federation (ICF) does not offer initial education and training to become a coach (we only offer professional development for practiced coaches). As the accrediting body for coach-specific education and accredited providers, we cannot recommend any specific coaching education organizations.
To ensure quality education, ICF accredits coaching education organizations that meet the high standards set forth by ICF and ICF Coaching Education. To find ICF-Accredited Providers we suggest that you use our Education Search Service (ESS) below. The search for a coach education program is a highly individual process that depends greatly on your personal preferences and goals. Idemanagement has thirty years of know-how in measuring, evaluating and developing skills. The mission is to offer services and solutions to increase the value and performance of Human Capital, developing coherent and synergistic methodologies to support management processes and for the personal and managerial growth of collaborators.
Ideamanagement designs and delivers Assessment, Skill Coaching and Team Learning courses to measure and then train skills, supporting customers in identifying talents and leaders with respect to the numerous and complex challenges that competitive scenarios impose.
Skill coaching unit has an experience of 15 years and has provided more than 5000 skill coaching programs. Since 2010 has been providing a certified by KHC Master in Skill Coaching, attended by 127 students.
Exercising one's role effectively, improving one's performance results, developing one's skills, becoming a leader, anticipating the future: these are steps of a managerial growth path that individual takes only if he is aware of his wealth of skills. These are the Ideamanagement core business activities.
