The sessions are complemented with practice work under supervision of qualified observers, work in peer supervision groups, mentoring sessions conducted by professional mentors, and coaching practice hours. The program ends with a group supervision session, a theoretical exam, and an observed coaching session. This experiential program is a starting point to ACC and PCC coaching credentials.
