The Certified LIFE Coach Foundational Program provides online learning, cyber coursework, self-study, and specific achievement challenges all focusing on the components of founding a successful coaching career and business. In addition to the essential coaching skills, participants learn and apply business development and professional practice marketing expertise to their arsenal. These competencies are woven together in an easy-to-understand and easy-to-implement system that prepares the student for the “real world” of coaching. [2] Certified Executive Coach: 33-Accredited Training Hours Offered by: The Life Coach Certification / Vietnam Coaching Institute This program is offered in English, Vietnamese. Delivered over a 8-weeks and 33 training hours, consisting of instructor led sessions, direct observation, mentoring and additional reading. The Certified LIFE Coach Foundational Program provides online learning, cyber coursework, self-study, and specific achievement challenges all focusing on the components of founding a successful coaching career and business. [3] Certified Coach Practitioner [CCE]: 12-Accredited Training Hours Offered by: The Life Coach Certification / The Coach Training Academy This program is offered in English. This program is considered a “best fit” for individuals aiming to add coaching to their current portfolio, HR professionals, therapists, psychologists, counselors, pastors, or individuals with extensive group facilitation. Based on the Coaching Core Competencies and Ethical Standards as identified by the ICF, the SCC Certified Coach Practitioner program is delivered over 2-Days or 4-Days of incremental training consisting of 12 Coach Continuing Education Unit hours. Delivery of the program consists of instructor led sessions, interactive exercises, direct observation, and mentoring. The SCC Certified Coach Practitioner program is considered an experiential program whereby students can experience personal training and practical tools used in coaching while undertaking online learning, interactive discussion and Achievement Challenges completed in real-time with the trainer. [4] Certified DEI Coach [CCE]: Offered in 12 or 6-Accredited Training Hours Offered by: The Life Coach Certification This program is offered in English. This program is considered a “best fit” for Individuals best suited to becoming DEI coaches are passionate advocates for diversity, equity, and inclusion, possessing a basic knowledge of DEI concepts and current issues. They are culturally aware, comfortable in communication styles, facilitating difficult conversations, and training others in an engaging and inclusive manner. This is a comprehensive coach training program that equips students with the necessary skills and knowledge to become effective Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) coaches. Participants learn practical strategies for facilitating coaching conversations and discussions, fostering inclusive environments, and implementing sustainable change within individuals and organisations. Our program empowers coaches to support organisations and their leaders in creating diverse, equitable and inclusive cultures. Graduates of our program are equipped with the tools to guide organisations and leaders through the DEI journey and drive meaningful impact in the realm of diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging. [5] Certified Emotional Intelligence – 101: 6-Accredited Training Hours Offered by: The Life Coach Certification Group This program is provided in English. Emotional Intelligence is defined as a set of competencies demonstrating the ability one has to recognize his or her own behaviors, moods, and impulses, and to manage them best according to the situation. This course will give you the tools you need to successfully introduce the topic of emotional intelligence in your client- based coaching conversations. You can work through the Emotional Intelligence Quotient 101 program while simultaneously completing the Certified LIFE Coach Program. Upon successful completion of the program and the associated final quiz, you will qualify to hold the additional certification of “Certified Emotional Intelligence” when moving through affiliation with the CCA. Coaches who decide to move into this realm of coaching must ensure that they adequately understand the information related to coaching E.I.Q. 101 and ONLY accept clients who understand that this type of coaching will be partially a learning adventure rather than an exclusive journey to a specific goal.
