The International Coaching Federation (ICF) does not offer initial education and training to become a coach (we only offer professional development for practiced coaches). As the accrediting body for coach-specific education and accredited providers, we cannot recommend any specific coaching education organizations.

To ensure quality education, ICF accredits coaching education organizations that meet the high standards set forth by ICF and ICF Coaching Education. The search for a coach education program is a highly individual process that depends greatly on your personal preferences and goals. Program Description:	The Emergent Coach Training® program integrates ICF coaching competencies with cutting-edge cognitive science, systems thinking, Focusing, mindfulness, somatics, multiplicity, depth psychology and human development theory into a powerfully innovative, whole-person coaching methodology. Cognitive science currently states that more than 95% of cognitive processing happens outside of the explicit conscious space yet it impacts all conscious thinking and decision-making. Alongside learning great coaching skills, we teach science-backed ways to bring this resource into the coaching for lasting embodied change. The program is both Level 1 & Level 2 accredited.
