As the accrediting body for coach-specific education and accredited providers, we cannot recommend any specific coaching education organizations.

To ensure quality education, ICF accredits coaching education organizations that meet the high standards set forth by ICF and ICF Coaching Education. Organization Description:	The T-Coach school enhances the specificity of Evidentia's approach, where the person is at the center and where, around the person, a quality experience is built on the professional level, care of well-being and personal growth. The professional base of reference are the principles, Core Competencies and good practices of the International Coaching Federation. Transformative coaching is the path that activates personal and professional change, with the dual perspective of the growth of the coachee and of oneself as a coach: thus focusing on the expectations, modalities and dynamics of the client together with the awareness of one's own bias and potential.
Program Description:	The T-Coach school promotes and spreads the coaching culture and good practices for the development of human potential and the transformative relationship towards individual and organizational well-being. It is aimed at those who aspire to become corporate, business and life coaches, HR professionals and all people interested in personal growth and to develop a new professional project, inside and outside companies. Transformative Coaching is the path that activates personal and professional change, with the dual perspective of the growth of the client and of oneself as a coach: thus focusing on the client's expectations, methods and dynamics together with the awareness of one's own bias and potential. It is a training path to coaching, it is a "journey of transformation", which provides tools to support the client to achieve their goals and to create a personal style of coaching that effectively mixes trust (Trust), tension to the result (Target) and look to the future (Trend). The T-Coach school enhances the specific approach of Evidentia, a company of organizational consulting and managerial innovation, where the person is at the center and where, around the person, a quality experience is built on the professional level, care of well-being and personal growth. The course is organized in basic and advanced level, for a total of 132 hours, which include: lesson with teachers, group and individual mentoring, observation of coaching sessions with feedback, individual home working study and practice, intermediate evaluation test, final evaluation test with written feedback on each of the ICF Core Competencies. At the end of the entire course a certificate/diploma will be issued. The method used in each module includes an alternation of face-to-face and interactive lessons, group exercises, individual reflections, Q&A, feedback exchange. Considerable attention is given to practice, devoting in particular in the last modules many hours to simulations of coaching and feedback sessions.
