As the accrediting body for coach-specific education and accredited providers, we cannot recommend any specific coaching education organizations.

To ensure quality education, ICF accredits coaching education organizations that meet the high standards set forth by ICF and ICF Coaching Education. Organization Description:	Founded in 2016, Synthesis Coaching Associates (SCA) provides Life Coach training, advanced specialization programs, and thematic webinars focusing on personal growth and leadership. Program Description:	The Will Project is a professional advancement course intended to enhance coaching skills through an in-depth presentation of the insights provided by Psychosynthesis, a transpersonal psychology, into the entire process of formulating and achieving sustainable goals. What distinguishes this approach from more traditional objective-oriented methods is recognition that the interplay between the individual's psychic makeup and their ability to move forward- to "activate their will"- is a fundamental factor in the process of personal growth. The program provides specific and practical tools framed in the context of the ICF Core Competencies for facilitating client insight and transforming this insight into action. The program consists of 24 hours of synchronous learning (20hrs online sessions, 4 hrs coaching supervision), study materials available through each student’s own online dashboard and 3.5 hours of online webinars.
