Program Description:	Great leaders are able to harness the power of their inner core as a catalyst to positively engage the hearts and minds of those around them. The John Mattone Intelligent Leadership (IL) Coaching Process™, coupled with IL assessments and surveys, allow you to create experiences with your coachee that are “inflection points” to disrupt their current patterns of thinking and their comfort zones. These serve as a catalyst for their increased awareness and opportunity for change. LeaderWatch™ (LW), the abbreviated 360-degree survey, is the key to unlocking successful change and capturing the value and ROI of the leader’s coaching journey. John Mattone says: “What is measured will improve”. LeaderWatch™ is the abbreviated 360-degree survey that is an integral part of the IL journey. LW measures the leader’s progress at regular intervals throughout their coaching journey. However, the greatest value of LeaderWatch™ goes far beyond measuring change in targeted behaviors. In order to leverage the robust nature of the IL journey, the coach must be intentional in their conversations with their coachees to: • Clearly understand the coachee’s aspirations, whether developing into a deep subject-matter-expert (SME) or upward advancement in their organization • Create a profile for preferred stakeholders who will remain with the leader throughout their coaching journey • Identify and engage the commitment of the coachee’s preferred stakeholders for the coachee’s growth and development • Define development goals in a measurable way that captures the value and ROI of the coachee’s journey • Prepare the coachee to embrace the feedback from their LeaderWatch™ survey results • Know how to utilize the feedback from their LW survey results to determine the next step in their IL Coaching Process™ The course includes: 1. Pre-work of studying the resources that are leveraged throughout the IL journey. These include: a) John Mattone specific assessments of the Mattone Leadership Enneagram Inventory™ (MLEI) b) Strategic-Tactical Leadership Index-360™ (STLI-360) c) Core Purpose Statement™ (CPS) d) Assessment-Driven Individual Leadership Development Plan (ILDP) e) Sample LeaderWatch™ (LW) report 2) Through training, discussion, and exercises specifically designed to teach elements of the LeaderWatch™ process, coaches: a) Become prepared to position LW as a multi-rater feedback tool that supports their coachee’s growth and development. b) Learn how to leverage the power of LW as an iterative process throughout the entire IL journey. c) Learn how to leverage LeaderWatch™ with the long-term goals of their coachee as he / she evaluates modifications to their stakeholder pool to align with next step career aspirations. d) Learn how to leverage the LW process to support their coachees building and expanding their network for success within their organization. e) Learn how to guide their coachee to recognize the quantifiable return on investment the growth of the leader provides in support of their goals for success and the goals of the organization for success.
