Education Search Service (ESS)
The International Coaching Federation (ICF) does not offer initial education and training to become a coach (we only offer professional development for practiced coaches). As the accrediting body for coach-specific education and accredited providers, we cannot recommend any specific coaching education organizations.
To ensure quality education, ICF accredits coaching education organizations that meet the high standards set forth by ICF and ICF Coaching Education. To find ICF-Accredited Providers we suggest that you use our Education Search Service (ESS) below. The search for a coach education program is a highly individual process that depends greatly on your personal preferences and goals. The ESS is designed to give you basic information about all ICF-Accredited Education Providers.
For further information, please contact this training organization rather than
the ICF office. The ICF recommends all approved programs equally and cannot
recommend one program over another.

||Organization & Relationship Systems Coach (ORSC) Training
CRR Global is an ICF accredited coach training school. We believe in and know coaching. We know how to train others to use coaching skills whether they are professional coaches or managers seeking a better way to work with their colleagues.
Our Coaching Culture curriculum is based on System Theory, Process Work, OD Theory, Family Systems Therapy, Alternative Dispute Resolution, Quantum Physics, Co-Active Coaching(tm), and Taoism. At its core this program is the study of Relationship Systems Intelligence.
Relationship Systems Intelligence(tm) (RSI) is the ability to identify with and collaborate with groups, teams, communities and other social systems. Relationship Systems Intelligence is a key component of a Coaching Culture, and every one of our workshops and coaching engagements focuses in some way on increasing the level of RSI in the Team as well as within every member of the team.
Our work is based in the belief that good relationships are the foundation to healthy families, businesses and communities. We here at CRR Global believe that every person has a purpose in life and our job is to support the leadership of individuals, teams and communities to find that purpose. Our coaching tools and training modules are based on cutting-edge human potential research around positive psychology and built to improve team morale while tackling specific performance.
