Education Search Service (ESS)
The ESS is a free, searchable directory of coaching education that is accredited by ICF. ICF-accredited education has gone through a rigorous review process and demonstrated that its curriculum aligns with the ICF definition of coaching, Core Competencies and Code of Ethics. Level One,
Level Two, and Level Three offerings deliver foundational coach-specific education and training. Continuing Coach Education (CCE) offerings provide advanced and supplemental learning opportunities for trained and credentialed coach practitioners.
As the accrediting body for coach-specific education and accredited providers, we cannot recommend any specific coaching education organizations.
To find ICF-Accredited Providers that meet your individual needs, we suggest that you use our Education Search Service (ESS) below. The search for a coach education program is a highly individual process that depends greatly on your personal preferences and goals. The ESS is designed to give you basic information about all ICF-Accredited Education Providers.

At its core this program is the study of Relationship Systems Intelligence.
Relationship Systems Intelligence(tm) (RSI) is the ability to identify with and collaborate with groups, teams, communities and other social systems. Relationship Systems Intelligence is a key component of a Coaching Culture, and every one of our workshops and coaching engagements focuses in some way on increasing the level of RSI in the Team as well as within every member of the team. Our work is based in the belief that good relationships are the foundation to healthy families, businesses and communities. We here at CRR Global believe that every person has a purpose in life and our job is to support the leadership of individuals, teams and communities to find that purpose. Our coaching tools and training modules are based on cutting-edge human potential research around positive psychology and built to improve team morale while tackling specific performance. |
