The program is divided into 4 phases: 1. Phase One: Foundation (know yourself better) Objectives: Bring participants to a better understanding and deeper knowledge of themselves by learning more about their own values, intuition, and self-management. Start practicing essential coaching skills and tools: listening, powerful questions, presence, metaphors, etc. Get familiar with the ICF’s Code of Ethics. By the end of this first phase, participants can start to effectively conduct their own one-on-one coaching sessions. Topics: • Getting to know yourself (better) • Coaching principles and tools • Coaching and other disciplines • Inner critic • Values • Self-management • Intuition • Communication skills 2. Phase two: Vision (Where are you now & what is Next) Objectives: Deepening participants' coaching skills to help colleagues/coachees discover their unique talent, connect with their inner leader, and identify limiting beliefs. Participants get further tools to help shape and sustain the vision of the organisation. Topics: • (Re)discover your inner leader • The power of words, thoughts, and beliefs • Designing the future • Breaking inner barriers • Celebrating failure • Increasing self-confidence • Getting direction • More coaching practice 3. Phase Three: Integration (Coaching from the Mega Heart) Objectives: Train participants to be with their team/ audience at the moment, especially when dealing with intense emotions. Participants increase their awareness of their distinctive coaching style and how to self-manage and remain present in challenging situations. By integrating the coaching skills and principles learned in the previous phases and blending them with their own personality and background, participants work from their uniqueness on how to build trust with their teams and add further value. Topics: • Leaders coaching from the heart • Presence and impact awareness • Fostering creativity • Courage and connection • Authenticity and aliveness • “The way to do is to be” • Knowing your resistances • Being with emotions 4. Phase Four: Validation (Align your Choices) Objectives: Participants will learn the importance of Validation in coaching and how it can save valuable resources (money, time, energy, and stress…). This is applicable to individuals as well as to entire organisations and case studies will be discussed. Participants get tools to assist their coachees in developing new perspectives and creating an action plan grounded in commitment and conscious choices for well-balanced decisions.
