Program Description:	Since 2001, the “Corso di Alta formazione al Coaching Professionale" has been held every year, preparing professional coaches with a particular focus in the business environment. Is a training program for potential coaches and HR people. All our model of coaching is based on ICF core competencies and code of ethics. The program is organized in 3 main tracks: - Bootcamp specific coaching training - Coaching Excellence advanced coaching training - Individual Coach Mentoring program Our teaching approach has strong experiential value: everything that happens in the classroom is managed and presented as an experience of "coaching in action. Every participant will be supported by a coach and a mentor through the credentialing coaching program. We propose models and methods acquired from various addresses psychological, including the humanistic psychology, the psycho-cybernetics, the neurolinguistics and the principles of neuroscience. We are inspired by the models developed by Timothy Gallwey and John Whitmore, to which we integrate best practices resulting from our many years of experience in corporate organizational coaching.
