Program Description:	The Accredited Professional Coaching Mastery Level 2 is for those who want to train in an exclusive context of international scope, with the organization which has trained thousands of professionals in Italy, Europe and the USA since 2001. The APCM, in addition to the development of skills, focuses on development of the person and offers tools and knowledge that allow the coach to assist his clients in a coaching process transformationa l both individual and organizational, to master the coaching relationship in the most diverse situations and contexts and gain accreditationas an ACC and PCC coach of the International Coaching Federation (ICF). The path is designed to facilitate personal transformation necessary to support the professional development of the participants. All activities are organized to stimulate deep expansion the awareness of the participants. WHY PARTICIPATE IN THE MASTER Becoming a coach changes your perspective on yourself and on the world, allows you to listen to a level of depth never experienced and makes more free to make informed choices, communicating effectively. This master is dedicated to those who want to become a professional Coach, but it is also the opportunity to develop uncommon leadership skills and relationship management for: leaders, entrepreneurs, consultants, trainers, professionals, HR managers, interested in increasing the own effectiveness. The Accredited PCM is focused on the development of skills and the acquisition of tools and knowledge that will allow you to engage clients in a transformational coaching process at both individual and organizational level; to master the coaching relationship in different situations and contexts; and to learn from trainers who have been coached CEOs and leadership teams of the major multinational organizations in Italy and abroad. The Accredited PCM is designed to facilitate the participant's personal development to allow them to work with their clients at a deeper, transformational level. All activities are organized to stimulate a profound expansion of personal awareness of participants and the acquisition of basic and advanced professional skills to become an effective coach in a business context.
