Program Description:	The European Coaching & NLP Program is organized in 5 modules totaling 170 hours of training. Whether you have an NLP background or not, you will be able to follow the 5 modules and on passing the exams, be certified with two international certifications: one from the International Coach Federation and one from the International NLP Trainers Association. The double international certification is evidence that you have met the highest standards of quality established by the International Coach Federation for coaching and also by INLPTA for NLP. This makes the program unique in continental Europe. In the five blocks - which recall the 5 phases of an aircraft journey - students will learn: 1. Start Up - The coaching foundations, the spirit of coaching and its profound values in combination with the integration of NLP techniques within the coaching process. This facilitates the personal or professional development of the coachee 2. Take Off - The study of powerful questions in coaching, metamodel, sleight of mouth and Milton model patterns 3. Flying - The integration in coaching of further disciplines such as: - Reiss Profile ™ to analyze the deepest motivation sources of the coachees - The Provocative Therapy principles of Frank Farrelly and the demonstration of how to integrate verbal and non-verbal provocative patterns within a coaching session - The Systemic Constellations principles of Bert Hellinger and the demonstration of how to work with them 4. Turbulence - Coaching within the Business Context and the relative traps you might face in coaching, Change management & Leadership models for executive and business coaches 5. Landing - Further Business models, Decision Making models, Marketing for your coaching practice In the intervals between the 5 modules, students will be engaged in the process of coaching among themselves via VoIP (telecoaching) in the role of both coach and coachee.
