Certified LIFE Coach [ACSTH] The mandate of The Life Coach Certification Group is to provide a consistent curriculum that is linear by nature, easy to comprehend, devoid of complicated language and theory that may otherwise overwhelm the student. Based on the Coaching Core Competencies and Ethical Standards as identified by the ICF, the SCC Certified LIFE Coach program is provided over 24-weeks and consists of 60 training hours (ACSTH), consisting of instructor led sessions, direct observation, and mentoring. The SCC program also provides online learning, cyber coursework, self-study, and specific Achievement Challenges all focusing on the components of a successful coaching business. In addition to the essential coaching skills, participants learn and apply business development and professional practice marketing expertise to their arsenal. These competencies are woven together in an easy-to-understand and easy-to-implement system that prepares the student for the “real world” of coaching. Certified Executive Coach [ASCTH] In business today obstacles just come with the territory and the best companies are finding the most efficient and effective strategies that will help them get from point A to point B. With the right navigational tools for your organization you can rest assured that you'll be seeing smooth sailing for years! Based upon the ICF Core Competencies this learning track builds on our Certified LIFE Coach program (CLC), the Executive Coaching track consists of 21 training hours (ACSTH) with a primary focus on leadership development and team management strategies to better achieve goals and objectives. Our process combines assessment, feedback and coaching to guide executives in improving their leadership effectiveness and their businesses' bottom line results. Our innovative executive coaching program is tailored to individual and organizational needs, are appropriate for all top performers - executives, middle managers and other key team members The emphasis is in developing skills that are transferable to any environment or organization, students learn to manage and motivate while capitalizing on peoples’ unique creativity and ingenuity to build effective success strategies. Certified Coach Practitioner [CCE] This program is offered in English, Spanish and Vietnamese. The mandate of The Life Coach Certification Group is to provide a consistent curriculum that is linear by nature, easy to comprehend, devoid of complicated language and theory that may otherwise overwhelm the student. Based on the Coaching Core Competencies and Ethical Standards as identified by the ICF, the SCC Certified Coach Practitioner program is delivered over 2-Days or 4-Days of incremental training and consists of 12 Coach Continuing Education Unit hours. Alternatively, some advanced classes will be extended to 15 Coach Continuing Education Unit hours. Delivery of the program consists of instructor led sessions, interactive exercises, direct observation, and mentoring. The SCC Certified Coach Practitioner program is considered an experiential program whereby students can experience personal training and practical tools used in coaching while undertaking online learning, interactive discussion and Achievement Challenges completed in real-time with the trainer. In addition to understanding the essential coaching skills, participants learn and apply business development and professional practice marketing expertise to their arsenal.
