Program Description:	At the Certified Life Coach Institute (CLCI), we provide an immersive, intensive, virtual training tailored to jump-start your coaching career. Our intimate class sizes ensure personalized feedback and comprehensive support. Our curriculum is composed of two primary virtual courses, each spanning three days. The 33-hour Coaching 101 serves as a foundational certification course, while Coaching 102 is a 37-hour master certification course. Together, they provide in-depth, practical coach training for a total of 70 hours. Class sessions are dynamic and interactive, integrating live lectures, coaching demonstrations, and hands-on peer-to-peer coaching. We provide tools and techniques that can be immediately applied in class, promoting experiential learning and growth. Classes are supported with homework assignments to reinforce student understanding, and our provided eBook serves as a comprehensive reference beyond the training period. Our training program embraces various coaching niches and specialties, presenting techniques applicable across relationship, life transition, executive, career, health, wellness, and organizational coaching. In addition to all of this, we ensure our students are well versed in business strategy and marketing knowledge so they are better able to create their businesses and find clients in their niche. CLCI’s Level 1 Certification offering requires that students attend both Coaching 101 and Coaching 102, completion of 10 hours of mentor coaching, 100 logged coaching practice hours, and submission of a passing performance evaluation. When all requirements are met, coaches are issued certification and may apply for an ICF ACC Credential at which point ICF will proctor an exam and once passed, students will be awarded their credential and have completed their Level 1 journey.
