Education Search Service (ESS)
The International Coaching Federation (ICF) does not offer initial education and training to become a coach (we only offer professional development for practiced coaches). As the accrediting body for coach-specific education and accredited providers, we cannot recommend any specific coaching education organizations.
To ensure quality education, ICF accredits coaching education organizations that meet the high standards set forth by ICF and ICF Coaching Education. To find ICF-Accredited Providers we suggest that you use our Education Search Service (ESS) below. The search for a coach education program is a highly individual process that depends greatly on your personal preferences and goals. The ESS is designed to give you basic information about all ICF-Accredited Education Providers.

recommend one program over another.

Radiant Coaches Academy is a prominent international coach training school that certifies individuals to create vibrant, professional, private practices as holistic life coaches, wellness coaches and business coaches.
Discover Holistic Coaching!
Our progressive, award-winning holistic coach certification program, Radiant Coaches Academy, contains curriculum based on cutting-edge science and business education. We incorporate neuroscience and neuropsychology into our curriculum, as well as business and marketing training. More importantly, we teach differently: we use a strong anecdotal model designed to help people retain more information.
Radiant Coaches Academy’s Holistic Coach training program is accredited by the International Coaching Federation! This designation is awarded to programs that meet professional standards for coach training programs established by the ICF, which is the gold standard in the coaching industry.
*A quick note of caution: When some coach training schools use the terms, “ICF-approved” or “ICF-certified” to describe their courses, they actually offer ONLY continuing education credits to coaches who have already earned a certification “credential” through ICF. If you’re not yet certified and are looking for a school, be sure the one you select offers ICF-approved certification courses that offer specific ICF-accredited hours (not just continuing education).

What is holistic coaching?
Holistic coaching is built on the foundational belief that all facets of a person’s life are inextricably linked: mind, body, spirit, health, relationships, and career. It’s a partnership where coaches support and encourage their clients to come to their own understanding about their lives. The role of a holistic coach is to support clients in finding balance and harmony amongst all elements of their lives. |
Program Description: |
Here’s just a taste of what you’ll learn when you complete this course: The art of active listening Learn the two different types of listening, and which is most effective as a tool in your coaching toolkit. Boundaries and body language Discover how to read your clients’ body language to dial in on what’s really going on, and how to discern when it’s time to refer a client out to a mental healthcare professional, so s/he can get the necessary help. Coaching versus counseling Ascertain what you need to know about the differences between these two modalities—and why it’s critical you don’t err on the side of counseling without a license! Holistic paradigms Understand the importance of addressing every part of a person’s life or business and why it benefits your clients, empowering them to improve their results. Self-discovery The more you learn about yourself—and our trainees often rave about how much they develop personally and professionally—the more quickly you’ll progress as a coach and as a business owner. Creating sacred spaces Learn the art of setting up an energetic and/or physically safe place for you and your clients—and why it’s important for your clients and your practice. Taking the client's lead Discover why it’s crucial that you do not take the lead—and what to do instead, so your clients can find the answers they’re seeking. Asking vs. telling Learn why it’s important NOT to give your clients advice (no matter how tempting it is, at times!)—and what to do, instead, to bring forth your clients’ inner wisdom. Goals and accountability Gain a proven process for helping clients figure out what they truly want, and then, taking action to get there. (This is one of the most rewarding aspects of coaching!) Authenticity and presence Understand the role of authenticity in coaching—and why it’s essential if you want your clients to align with their deepest desires and truest selves. Setting up a private practice Find out what it takes to “set up shop” as a professional coach. Learn about insurance, liability, retainers, intakes, salaries, packages, outcalls, deliverability, regulations, policies and more. Self-marketing We’ll teach you exactly how to find leads and convert them to clients, so you can grow your business (and how to have fun doing it)! This lesson sets us apart from other coaching training. You’ll also experience real-time coaching demonstrations, a nuts-and-bolts process that showcases the power, simplicity, and philosophy of coaching. See the work as it happens during genuine, emotional coaching sessions (and get your questions answered at the end). Radiant Coaches Academy's holistic coach certification training is accredited to provide up to 200 hours of accredited hours from the International Coach Federation. The training is conducted either online (self-paced with 50+ weekly Zoom classes), OR over our 8-day training retreats, live and in-person., so you can choose the learning method that works best for you. |
