Group Reflection and Debrief. The coaching journey: what distinguish a Master Coach. In small group participants are required to deepen the 8 core competencies and related behaviors at different level of progression in the coaching journey. First Introduction to MCC Minimum Requirement Skills: overview of principles, overall MCC expected behaviors, and key behaviors of MCC Skill Level for each competency. The main focus is, at this point, to clarify some essential concept and KPI of evaluation : for example the concept explored “depth of skills, depth of focus, connection, attention etc; “, ”equal partnership” , “the coach being a learner” ; some of the kpi of evaluation “acting in a responsive, consistent and effortless way through the session”  Coaching demo session performed by the teacher. Group Discussion and Debrief: analysis of the coaching demo session, participants in small group share their observation about competencies, coach’s behaviors demonstrating depth, connection, partnership, what they observed about the coach being a learner of the client. Peer Coaching Session: what does it mean and how to access and activate your inner mastery.  Deepening of Competencies:
-Coaching Mindset, face to face presentation and small group activities: deepening of values, behaviors and approaches that express the competence, focusing on how to develop a reflective attitude and practice, how to cultivate a curious, open, flexible and client centered approach.  
-Establishes and Maintains Agreement:
- face to face presentation and small group activities:  deepening of values, behaviors and approaches that express the competence,
- Small groups activity: coach, client, observer in turn, coach must define the coaching agreement, exploring the topic and focus of the session at a level that is meaningful to the client and to immediately co-create a path of learning and results.
●Observed coaching session followed by individual mentoring and written feedback after the session for a total of 3 individual mentoring hours during the whole program. Each participant receives at least 5 Observed Coaching Session, during the whole training.
Buddy system established in the first webinar of this module will continue all along the program:participants are required: 1) to perform at least 1 buddy coaching session before the next webinar, 2) in turn they are also required to record and make a transcript of their buddy coaching session. 3) to send their recording to the class and to the teacher. The teacher will mail a detail written feedback. Recorded coaching session will be also shared in plenary during the next module for debrief and reflection.During the whole module there are also 3 h of group mentoring on the coaching sessions performed and recorded at home from buddy coaching pairs .
Asyncronous 11 hour total:
Listening and studying of 2 MCC recorded coaching sessions  (- 6 hours total-  3 hours for each session) Listen to 2 coaching session recorded, ( 60 minutes each session)Observe how the coach has used the core competencies , distinguish MCC Skill Level behaviors  in each session, and take notes in an on line evaluation grid of specific behaviors demonstrating each competence, specifying the ability of the coach to respond continuously during the session in a consistent, effortless and ease way  (the elaboration of the grid takes 90 minutes for each session) Confront and calibrate their grid of observation with that of the trainer, and define a personal learning plan (30 minutes for each session)How to engage the coaching client in the action plan ( 5 hours totals) : study of how to coach with the brain in mind, neuroscience behind core competencies, what are threats and reward mechanism and how the coach can contribute to engage the client for example how to craft questions to activate reward mechanism. This module is focused on enhancing participants understanding and ability to demonstrate competence at MCC Level, through small group activities, observed coaching sessions and group and individual mentoring. Although all competencies are considered and studied when observing coaching session, there is a part specifically dedicated to a technical deepening of 1 or 2 specific competenciesCultivates Trust and Safety:
- face to face presentation: deepening of values, behaviors and approaches that express the competence, focusing on what it means in practice to engage the client as an equal partner in a collaborative coaching process and to exhibit curiosity for the totality of the client, respecting client’s context , systems and identity
“Maintains presence”, face to face presentation and small group activities: deepening of values, behaviors and approaches that express the competence. In small group participants are required to“Listens Actively”: face to face presentation and small group activities, deepening of values, behaviors and approaches that express the competencies at MCC Level-Small Group Activity:  1st part in small group participants, based on the buddies recorded coaching sessions sharedar e required to: (1)identify specific behaviors of the coach  building trust and safety and behaviors that could have undermined trust; (2) specific behaviors the coach exhibited to create true inspiring partnership, how the coach let the client  lead the way ; how the coach responded to the whole person. 2° part in plenary group share their observations; showing understanding of the client’s emotions, energy shift, or learning and growth)Peer Reflective Practice: in peer participant share their learning and reflect on how to strengthen the personal skill level in term of Trust and Presence.

●This module aims at developing participants’ ability to listen actively , evoke awareness and facilitate client growth also considering various coaching scenario and conversation, for example conversation which could be perceived challenging from the coach.
●Coaching demo session performed by the teacher to demonstrate the ability to maintain confidence in working with strong client emotions during the coaching process, to respond to the whole client in a curious and ease way, letting the client guide the session .
●Group Discussion and Debrief: analysis of the coaching demo session, participants in small group share their observation about competencies, coach’s behaviors  
●Small Group Activities: sharing personal believes, ideas, values  about coaching and being a coach and relational pattern and exploring how they could impact on the ability to access inner mastery .
●Evoke Awareness, Facilitates Client Growth , face to face presentation and triad activities: : deepening of values, behaviors and approaches that express the competencies at MCC Level.
-In small group of 3 in turn rotating in the role of coach ,client, observer: the client shares a situation and the coach must demonstrate the ability to listen in response to the whole client (respond to the whole person of the client and to the client’s agenda, to respond immediately to the client, to formulate question to explore  the lens through which the client is observing their current situation , to ask  questions that challenge the client to explore more deeply or to go beyond current thinking or feeling, to stimulate client growth, Observer gives feedback .
●Observed Coaching Sessions among participants followed by individual mentoring and both oral and written feedback from the mentor are carried out all along the module for a total of 3 individual mentoring hours during the whole program
●During the whole module 2 hour will be devoted to group mentoring on the coaching sessions performed at home from buddy coaching pairs.
