Program Description:	Systemic Coaching Practitioner Certification - Coaching Fundamentals is the foundational program where participants explore all ICF core competencies in the context of a coaching process and for the specific coaching session. During the program all competencies are presented and participants have the opportunity to practice them working in small groups. Trainers and observer offer continuous feedback to integrate competencies. The training is developed both in a synchronous ad asynchronous approach. 45 hours of live workshops, 15 hours self paced online tranings, 10 hours of coaching practice with peers between workshops and 10 hours of mentor coaching. A Systemic approach allow to observe competencies, the coaching process, the coaching relationship (coach & client), the coaching personal experience as a whole, so that participants learn how to manage the process, the relationship and themselves.
