The International Coaching Federation (ICF) does not offer initial education and training to become a coach (we only offer professional development for practiced coaches). As the accrediting body for coach-specific education and accredited providers, we cannot recommend any specific coaching education organizations.

To ensure quality education, ICF accredits coaching education organizations that meet the high standards set forth by ICF and ICF Coaching Education. The search for a coach education program is a highly individual process that depends greatly on your personal preferences and goals. The ESS is designed to give you basic information about all ICF-Accredited Education Providers.

Organization Description:	Our passion for the development of people is at the basis of the creation and founding of Studio Yama. In 2012, after long careers in training and development in multinational companies, Laura Maria Rossi and Ilaria Apollonio established Studio Yama. Combining their extensive knowledge and skills in training theory and practice, and harnessing insights into organizational dynamics gained during their corporate experiences, the founding and development of Studio Yama responded to an ever increasing need to support change and the enhancement of resources.
Program Description:	A program coupled with experiential activities, thanks to which the participants can reach and maintain a conscious balance between the three domains through which we communicate and interact with the outside world: body, language and emotion.
