Program Description:	The Flex Executive Coaching Programme represents a point of reference on managerial coaching issues, aimed at organizational development, team management and relationship management. Through a strong managerial focus, the programme explores the links between coaching and organizational development with particular attention to the development of coaching skills. From this perspective, the Executive Coaching Programme of the Luiss Business School introduces participants to the practice of coaching in the managerial and organizational fields. It allows them to acquire new skills and tools to develop in-depth knowledge and practice of professional coaching and its theoretical foundations, valid for the accreditation of the most important international Coaching associations. The programme aims to immediately provide tools and methodologies applicable in the practice of online coaching to train professionals in the "New Normal" era. The objective is also to focus attention on issues which, following the advent of Covid-19, have become more than current, such as the concept and importance of "business health" and a correct working style in the own professional context in the light of the strong changes that this is going through. During the programme, participants have the opportunity to explore the many applications of coaching (individual coaching, group coaching, team coaching) and the different areas of application (life, sport, business). Specific modules are dedicated to the coaching contract, the reference ICF standards and the code of ethics. The Flex Executive Coaching Programme integrates moments of theory with active experimentation to train the use of questions, presence, listening, feedback, intuition and the use of metaphors. The participant is also accompanied through a "journey" among the elements of emotional intelligence, developing self-awareness and the ability to recognize and regulate one's emotions. The partnership and the relationship with the client are treated with a view to the development of responsibility while theoretical models and practical exercises are dedicated to the management of effective communication and the coaching mindset.
