Education Search Service (ESS)

The International Coaching Federation (ICF) does not offer initial education and training to become a coach (we only offer professional development for practiced coaches). As the accrediting body for coach-specific education and accredited providers, we cannot recommend any specific coaching education organizations.

To ensure quality education, ICF accredits coaching education organizations that meet the high standards set forth by ICF and ICF Coaching Education. To find ICF-Accredited Providers we suggest that you use our Education Search Service (ESS) below. The search for a coach education program is a highly individual process that depends greatly on your personal preferences and goals. The ESS is designed to give you basic information about all ICF-Accredited Education Providers.

Program Name: Certified Authentic Leadership Coaching (CALC)
Program Type: Level 1
Program Hours: 94.00
Organization Description: Authentic Leadership Advisors Academy focuses on molding Certified Authentic Leadership Coaches, or as we fondly refer to our alumni community, CALCs. Our program is designed to teach you how to coach the essential ‘being’ that defines a person’s identity. Our mission is to develop heart-centered coaches who help their clients find lasting fulfillment, rather than supporting them in achieving more goals without even knowing why. We’ve developed a unique approach that we call the AIC: Authentic Intelligence Coaching Model©. It’s designed to go beyond surface-level goals and tap into the fundamental authentic identity desires that are often buried under a constant pursuit of society’s checklist of perfection. By coaching to this deeper level of awareness, your clients will achieve greater inner clarity and more sustainable success. Our program is accredited by the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and offers up to 125 training hours towards obtaining your ICF Associate Certified Coach (ACC) or Professional Certified Coach (PCC) credential. If you’re a SHRM professional, you’ll be able to earn 40 professional development credits by attending our course. Whether you join our in-person or virtual cohort, you’ll gain more than just skills. Each weekend module is designed to transform you and inspire you to make a meaningful impact in the world. We take pride in creating personalized programs, avoiding a ‘one size fits all’ approach. While it requires additional effort on our part, we firmly believe in the value it brings to our student coaches and, ultimately, the clients they serve. THIS PROGRAM COULD BE THE PERFECT FIT FOR YOU IF YOU’RE: Aspiring to become a Leadership, Executive, Career, or Life Coach. Interested in coaching people on personal and/or professional development. An internal coach looking for formal training and eager to learn how to foster a coaching culture. A leader in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Training & Development, or Change Management. A Therapist or Consultant wanting to expand your services by offering Coaching. Simply anyone who’s ready to become more authentic and acquire life-long tools.
