The ESS is a free, searchable directory of coaching education that is accredited by ICF. ICF-accredited education has gone through a rigorous review process and demonstrated that its curriculum aligns with the ICF definition of coaching, Core Competencies and Code of Ethics. Level One,
Level Two, and Level Three offerings deliver foundational coach-specific education and training. Continuing Coach Education (CCE) offerings provide advanced and supplemental learning opportunities for trained and credentialed coach practitioners.
As the accrediting body for coach-specific education and accredited providers, we cannot recommend any specific coaching education organizations.

The Evolutionary Coaching Programme (Level 3 – Master) is an ICF-accredited master coach training designed for experienced coaches who are ready to step into true coaching mastery and create profound impact at an individual, organisational, and human level. This is not a programme about doing more. It is a programme about becoming more. Designed for coaches already operating at a high level, this journey expands your capacity to coach from presence, intuition, and deep awareness — enabling you to work beyond traditional frameworks and facilitate transformation at the level of identity, consciousness, and creation. At this level, coaching becomes an art. You will refine and embody the ICF Core Competencies at a master level, while integrating the Evolutionary Coaching Approach — a methodology that works with the full human operating system: mind, emotion, purpose, and values. You will learn to hold space for complexity, paradox, and emergence, allowing clients to access insights and shifts that are not available through linear thinking alone. The programme challenges you to expand how you listen, how you perceive, and how you partner with clients — moving from guiding conversations to enabling profound breakthroughs in how people experience themselves, their reality, and their potential. Rooted in the Evolutionary Coaching Approach, this programme invites you to explore advanced dimensions of coaching such as working with intuition, creativity, deep awareness, and expanded thinking. These are not taught as abstract concepts, but as grounded coaching capabilities that enhance your presence, sharpen your perception, and increase your impact. You will develop your own unique master coaching style — one that is aligned with who you are, how you see the world, and the level of transformation you are here to create.
