The ESS is a free, searchable directory of coaching education that is accredited by ICF. ICF-accredited education has gone through a rigorous review process and demonstrated that its curriculum aligns with the ICF definition of coaching, Core Competencies and Code of Ethics. Level One,
Level Two, and Level Three offerings deliver foundational coach-specific education and training. Continuing Coach Education (CCE) offerings provide advanced and supplemental learning opportunities for trained and credentialed coach practitioners.
As the accrediting body for coach-specific education and accredited providers, we cannot recommend any specific coaching education organizations.

The search for a coach education program is a highly individual process that depends greatly on your personal preferences and goals. Flowknow® is a Business Coaching method that uses contemporary art and visual strategies to develop individuals' and teams' soft skills with a specific focus on creativity and emotional intelligence.
In this course, coaches will learn how to use the flowknow® method in order to facilitate Business Coaching sessions or to facilitate creative work in groups inside their organisation.
Included in the participation is the flowknow® Tool-Kit which contains:
-The flowknow® managerial skills card deck (in physical and digital);
-A dictionary of managerial competencies in digital;
-The flowknow® emotions and colour card deck (in physical and digital);
-A dictionary of emotions in digital;
-The Catalogue of Artworks (in digital). |
