2001 Launch: Our school was launched in 2001 by Thomas Leonard, the founding father of the coaching field, as “the Graduate School of Coaching.” Over 4,800 students have joined our programs.

We have rolling admission! You can register anytime and get started with Self-paced programs and the Human Connection Business Accelerator, which starts fresh every month. The program takes 6 – 9 months to complete; we have a SUPER flexible path to graduation. NO COHORTS. AND you can retake classes for LIFE!

Business: Our “Human Connection Business Accelerator” Group Coaching Program is included in each level of our program. In this empowering environment of practice, you will grow your influence and accumulate the coaching hours you need for ICF certification.
