The Teleos Coach Development Program (TCDP) is an ICF accredited ACTP course which includes more than 125 hours of coach training.  Our 12 day face-to-face course is typically delivered as 2 six-day weeks over a period of 12 months; inclusive of pre-work, readings, intersession assignments, and coach mentoring and support, allowing for integration of practice in the field.  TCDP takes a positivistic and holistic approach to coaching while integrating well researched methodologies and theories, and proven applications of Emotional Intelligence, Intentional Change, System Theory, Resonant Leadership and Organizational Dynamics. 

At the completion of TCDP coaches will: 
   1) Have a strong foundation in the theory, research and coaching application of Emotional Intelligence, Intentional   
       Change Theory, Gestalt Cycle of Experience, and Resonant Leadership
   2) Deepen their own self-awareness through a series of reflection exercises
   3) Expand their own leadership abilities through the completion of leadership self study, which is based on the
       book, "Becoming a Resonant Leader" by McKee, Johnston, and Richard Boyatzis
   4) Learn and practice qualitative 360 degree data collection and feedback by conducting powerful interviews and     
       completing thematic analysis work that will result in supportive feedback
   5) Come away with a vast array of exercises, self-reflection activities and reading lists which will enable for 
       improved support of a clients development

During the 12 day face-toface sessions, TCDP combines supervised small group coaching practice, experiential exercises, short lectures, confidential clinics with  ICF Certified Coaches  to discuss real life coaching situation as case studies and dialog, and reflection in small cohorts as well as large group settings.
