The ESS is a free, searchable directory of coaching education that is accredited by ICF. ICF-accredited education has gone through a rigorous review process and demonstrated that its curriculum aligns with the ICF definition of coaching, Core Competencies and Code of Ethics. Level One,
Level Two, and Level Three offerings deliver foundational coach-specific education and training. Continuing Coach Education (CCE) offerings provide advanced and supplemental learning opportunities for trained and credentialed coach practitioners.
As the accrediting body for coach-specific education and accredited providers, we cannot recommend any specific coaching education organizations.

Our program is called "Coaching as a Profession of the 21st Century" for a reason: we absolutely believe that the professional competencies of a coach are competencies that are critically necessary for survival and creation in the 21st century. These are the competencies of high performance communication. Communication as a factor of sustainability in the current turbulent times.
The program contains the basics of psychology for confident work with a person. The combination of various forms of training creates the effect of a professional (mentorings and supervisions, tutorials, practices in pairs, threes, observed sessions, demo sessions).
We have created our author's model of holistic development of coaches "Be!" © . That means, our task is to teach a coaching system of professional development that will guarantee and provide the holistic manifestation of professional competencies, markers and internal growth, bringing them to the level of "being" in the profession, and not "seeming". |
