The International Coaching Federation (ICF) does not offer initial education and training to become a coach (we only offer professional development for practiced coaches). As the accrediting body for coach-specific education and accredited providers, we cannot recommend any specific coaching education organizations.

To ensure quality education, ICF accredits coaching education organizations that meet the high standards set forth by ICF and ICF Coaching Education. Program Description:	The Level 1 program "Profession - Coach: Hero's Journey" provides 128 hours of synchronous learning in Russian (since 2021) and English (since 2022) versions. We study for 4 Modules during 4 months. We hold accents on the Core Competencies, on the fundamentals of the ICF coaching, on different techlologies helpful for Coaching and on the Algorithm of working with any client which name is the "Hero's Journey". Actually we teach and study in accordance with this metaphor taken from the world literature: "A client is the main Hero of their Journey: their life, their aims, their steps. Coach is their Partner who holds the light for them on their Way". The primary delivery methods of the program are versatile: "flipped" classroom, brainstorming, interactivity, reports, micro-lectures, discussions, demosessions with analysis and feedback, practice in deads and triads.
