Education Search Service (ESS)
The ESS is a free, searchable directory of coaching education that is accredited by ICF. ICF-accredited education has gone through a rigorous review process and demonstrated that its curriculum aligns with the ICF definition of coaching, Core Competencies and Code of Ethics. Level One,
Level Two, and Level Three offerings deliver foundational coach-specific education and training. Continuing Coach Education (CCE) offerings provide advanced and supplemental learning opportunities for trained and credentialed coach practitioners.
As the accrediting body for coach-specific education and accredited providers, we cannot recommend any specific coaching education organizations.

Participants will gain AI literacy, practical applications, and ethical awareness to apply AI in coaching effectively while adhering to ICF standards. This program provides participants with foundational knowledge of AI in coaching (Rookie) and its practical applications (Rebel), along with advanced ethical considerations of AI integration in coaching practices. Learning objectives: - Understand foundational concepts of AI in coaching, including an orientation to technology like generative AI and large language models (LLMs). - Integrate AI tools into processes for business: content creation and marketing, engagement support (client interaction and skill development), and personalized feedback, both for clients and for the coach. - Explore the ethical implications of using AI in coaching, with a focus on data privacy, safety, and bias management. - Use AI for enhancing your coaching core competencies. - Design and apply AI-assisted tools, such as chatbots and AI-driven transcripts, to support client coaching outcomes. |
