To ensure quality education, ICF accredits coaching education organizations that meet the high standards set forth by ICF and ICF Coaching Education. This program offers group supervision and mentoring in a collaborative environment that mirrors real-life coaching practices. Participants engage in practical coaching scenarios, receive structured feedback, and explore ethical and professional challenges to develop key coaching competencies, strategic thinking, and reflective practice. The course emphasizes practical application, effective communication, independent thought, and contribution to ongoing coaching research. Participants can choose to attend a single session or commit to multiple sessions. Upon completing six or more sessions within a 12-month period, participants receive the Certificate in Applied Coaching, as recognition of their enhanced coaching skills and leadership capabilities across diverse professional contexts. The program awards 6 CCE hours for each Masterclass day attended.
