Education Search Service (ESS)
The ESS is a free, searchable directory of coaching education that is accredited by ICF. ICF-accredited education has gone through a rigorous review process and demonstrated that its curriculum aligns with the ICF definition of coaching, Core Competencies and Code of Ethics. Level One,
Level Two, and Level Three offerings deliver foundational coach-specific education and training. Continuing Coach Education (CCE) offerings provide advanced and supplemental learning opportunities for trained and credentialed coach practitioners.
As the accrediting body for coach-specific education and accredited providers, we cannot recommend any specific coaching education organizations.
To find ICF-Accredited Providers that meet your individual needs, we suggest that you use our Education Search Service (ESS) below. The search for a coach education program is a highly individual process that depends greatly on your personal preferences and goals. The ESS is designed to give you basic information about all ICF-Accredited Education Providers.

Description: |
Lumia (formerly JRNI Coaching) is evidence-based coach training, vibrant community and lifetime support on your journey towards becoming a coach. What makes Lumia unique in the world of training programs is the strength of our evidence-based training and the vibrant longevity of our community -- we know there's no such thing as an overnight success, so we're in it for the long haul as you build your unique coaching practice. Founders John Kim and Noelle Cordeaux came together almost a decade ago, brought together by a shared love of coaching and helping others. They wanted to train others in the techniques and methods that had helped their clients make progress in their own lives. They assembled a team of incredible instructors, developed an evidence-based training program rooted in the science of positive psychology, and launched Lumia. Lumia has graduated nearly 2000+ coaches and we're just getting started. Illuminate your life. Change the world. Become a coach.
