The ESS is a free, searchable directory of coaching education that is accredited by ICF. ICF-accredited education has gone through a rigorous review process and demonstrated that its curriculum aligns with the ICF definition of coaching, Core Competencies and Code of Ethics. Level One,
Level Two, and Level Three offerings deliver foundational coach-specific education and training. Continuing Coach Education (CCE) offerings provide advanced and supplemental learning opportunities for trained and credentialed coach practitioners.
As the accrediting body for coach-specific education and accredited providers, we cannot recommend any specific coaching education organizations.

| Program Description: |
The coaching workshop "System Coaching of Relationships and Teams" consists of: 10 live online sessions of 2 hours each. Session 1 focuses on goal-setting for training. Then 8 core sessions within the program. Session 10 - Presentation of the accumulated cases. Prior to the full-time class participants receive pre-reading - 20 minutes. The program duration is three months. A group consists of no more than 12 people. Participants are distributed in pairs (buddies) to work together to practice the tools. Under the program terms, each participant finds a team to practice tools and performs team coaching on a weekly basis. Based on the results of working with the team each participant prepares a written report/case study. By the end of the program each participant should have from 8 to 14 hours of team coaching.Example:Case study Customer: CEO, owner. Request/problem: Not everyone understands where the company is going, therefore not involved. No focuses for everyone to lean on. Tool: Problem venting exercise. Exercise on connecting to values. Facilitation on creating a shared vision and criteria on how to get there.Process: 2 team sessions of 1.5 hours each. Team conclusions: We got it out. We felt good to be heard. We have gained clarity on where we are going and what we need to do now. Now we understand the results they expect from us. We have a plan. |
