The ESS is a free, searchable directory of coaching education that is accredited by ICF. ICF-accredited education has gone through a rigorous review process and demonstrated that its curriculum aligns with the ICF definition of coaching, Core Competencies and Code of Ethics. Level One,
Level Two, and Level Three offerings deliver foundational coach-specific education and training. Continuing Coach Education (CCE) offerings provide advanced and supplemental learning opportunities for trained and credentialed coach practitioners.
As the accrediting body for coach-specific education and accredited providers, we cannot recommend any specific coaching education organizations.

The training program for coaching competencies according to ICF standards, where the coach's profession can be studied in the volume of 4D.
A three-dimensional dialogue is a dialogue where all multisensory channels of communication and perception are involved: voice and word modulations, facial expressions and body movements, appearance, own feelings, self-understanding.
The program is based on modern neuropsychology, basic concepts of psychology and the successful practice of professionals of the International Coaching Federation ICF. The program is for those who want to improve the world through communication with other people, become effective support for themselves and others in any life circumstances, master the skills of conducting effective dialogues with a person of any status and position, find their own trouble-free motivation for action, get internationally recognized confirmation of their leadership experience, enter a recognized and sought-after off- and online profession.
The program "Dialogues 4D" gives you the opportunity to see, feel voluminously, learn how to use all 4D channels of effective conversational communication, confidence and partnership, learn to feel confident in any dialogue, building and maintaining an equal position with the interlocutor, effective support, understand the mechanics of decision-making and bring what you have found to life — both for yourself and and for others, to enter a profession that makes the world open - practice is possible from anywhere in the world: without borders and lockdown.

2. Theory and practice. 8 key professional competencies of ICF
3. The laws of the brain. What is impossible not to know when building effective communication?
4. Voluminous dialogue in 4D format. Manifestations of professional communication through all multisensory channels of perception: The Word. Voice. Body. Feelings. Deepening the manifestation of competencies 4,5,6,7
5. Formation of long-term relationships. How to do it with coaching competences when resistances, objections, conflicts are eternal? Deepening the manifestation of competencies 3,6,7,8
6. The stage of interaction and work with consciousness. How to communicate with emotions, get rid of procrastination, find / develop/strengthen inner maturity. Deepening the manifestation of competencies 3,7,8
