The ESS is a free, searchable directory of coaching education that is accredited by ICF. ICF-accredited education has gone through a rigorous review process and demonstrated that its curriculum aligns with the ICF definition of coaching, Core Competencies and Code of Ethics. Level One,
Level Two, and Level Three offerings deliver foundational coach-specific education and training. Continuing Coach Education (CCE) offerings provide advanced and supplemental learning opportunities for trained and credentialed coach practitioners.
As the accrediting body for coach-specific education and accredited providers, we cannot recommend any specific coaching education organizations.

The search for a coach education program is a highly individual process that depends greatly on your personal preferences and goals. High Performance Master Trainer Certificate is an 80-hour course (part 1 and part 2, each 40 hours) that explores how positive psychology and ICF core competencies can be used to help people and organizations flourish.
As a change agent, you have the power to transform lives and impact your clients in a meaningful way. By taking this course which is based on the science of positive psychology, you can unlock your full potential and take your skills to the next level. Not only will you learn powerful concepts to help with your own personal growth, but you will also discover how positive psychology can enhance the performance of people and organizations.
This masterclass is a hybrid course which includes:
1. 38 hours of live online sessions
2. 42 hours of pre-recorded video modules
The five main topics discussed in this course (based on the PERMA model in positive psychology) include:
1. Positive emotions
2. Engagement
3. Relationships
4. Meaning and purpose
5. Achievement
Learning objectives:
After completing this course, students will be able to use the findings of positive psychology to help people and organizations:
• Cultivate positive emotions to reach well-being
• Become more engaged with their work through using their character strengths
• help clients build flourishing relationships in their personal and professional lives
• discover meaning and pursue their life purpose
• help clients develop grit and enhance their intrinsic motivation to achieve their goals
Certificate of completion:
Students receive a certificate of completion when:
• They have attended at least 60% of the live sessions
• They have watched all the recorded modules
• They create and submit a 15-min presentations (preferably with PowerPoint) on the topics covered in the course |
