Education Search Service (ESS)
The ESS is a free, searchable directory of coaching education that is accredited by ICF. ICF-accredited education has gone through a rigorous review process and demonstrated that its curriculum aligns with the ICF definition of coaching, Core Competencies and Code of Ethics. Level One,
Level Two, and Level Three offerings deliver foundational coach-specific education and training. Continuing Coach Education (CCE) offerings provide advanced and supplemental learning opportunities for trained and credentialed coach practitioners.
As the accrediting body for coach-specific education and accredited providers, we cannot recommend any specific coaching education organizations.

The search for a coach education program is a highly individual process that depends greatly on your personal preferences and goals. eam Coaching World: Practice is 6 monthly program, that allows teams to increase their effectiveness in 6 months with team coaching, and allows coaches to grow professionally through gaining additional knowledge, obtaining their unique practical experience with real teams, preparing for sessions with a mentor, and participating in professional supervision after.
Team Coaching World: the practice idea comes from the project of the international yearlong summit "Team Coaching World: ONLINE", which was participated by more than 100 coaches and 24 speakers from 18 countries.
Each month's program consists of a webinar on team coaching competencies, a home study to watch videos on team coaching topics (4 videos each month) and discuss them in the webinar, a home study to watch a demo of team coaching sessions and discuss them in the webinar, individual tutoring session to prepare for the work with the team, team-coaching session (recorded), group supervision after. There is a workbook for the reflections and observations, and students should complete reflections after each activity. Two individual mentoring sessions on team coaching practice are provided during the course. There is also a knowledge test at the end and a collection of feedback from the team.

The program is for professional coaches already trained in the basics of team coaching, who are ready to practice, learn and grow professionally.
