Education Search Service (ESS)
The ESS is a free, searchable directory of coaching education that is accredited by ICF. ICF-accredited education has gone through a rigorous review process and demonstrated that its curriculum aligns with the ICF definition of coaching, Core Competencies and Code of Ethics. Level One,
Level Two, and Level Three offerings deliver foundational coach-specific education and training. Continuing Coach Education (CCE) offerings provide advanced and supplemental learning opportunities for trained and credentialed coach practitioners.
As the accrediting body for coach-specific education and accredited providers, we cannot recommend any specific coaching education organizations.

Elevate Coaching - Teams and Enterprises is Tandem Coaching Academy's 75-hour virtual program accredited by ICF under the Advanced Accreditation in Team Coaching (AATC). For ICF-credentialed coaches pursuing the ACTC, it applies the ICF Team Coaching Competencies, Core Competencies, and Code of Ethics to teams and organizations. Learning includes live instruction, independent study, demonstrations, observed team-coaching practice, written feedback, coaching supervision, and exam preparation.
