The ESS is a free, searchable directory of coaching education that is accredited by ICF. ICF-accredited education has gone through a rigorous review process and demonstrated that its curriculum aligns with the ICF definition of coaching, Core Competencies and Code of Ethics. Level One,
Level Two, and Level Three offerings deliver foundational coach-specific education and training. Continuing Coach Education (CCE) offerings provide advanced and supplemental learning opportunities for trained and credentialed coach practitioners.
As the accrediting body for coach-specific education and accredited providers, we cannot recommend any specific coaching education organizations.

The Evolutionary Coaching Programme (Level 2) is an ICF-accredited advanced coach training designed for coaches who are ready to move beyond solid foundations and step into a deeper, more powerful level of impact. This programme is not about learning more tools — it is about becoming the kind of coach who creates real transformation. Building on your Level 1 experience, you will expand your ability to coach beyond surface-level problem solving and into deeper work with identity, beliefs, patterns, purpose, and human potential. You will learn how to partner with clients in a way that unlocks clarity, responsibility, and meaningful change — not just in what they do, but in who they are becoming. At this level, coaching moves beyond technique into deeper integration, presence, and the ability to work effectively with more complex and dynamic client situations. You will develop the confidence to navigate uncertainty, challenge thinking, and hold space for powerful conversations that lead to lasting shifts. The Evolutionary Coaching Approach sits at the heart of the programme. It is grounded in the belief that every individual is inherently creative, resourceful, and capable of shaping their own reality. As a coach, you will learn how to work with the whole person — mind, emotion, values, and purpose — supporting clients to align their actions with a deeper sense of direction and contribution. This is where coaching becomes truly transformational. Through a combination of advanced practice, real-time feedback, mentor coaching, and deep personal development, you will strengthen your coaching presence and expand your ability to create impact across personal, professional, and organisational contexts.
