The ESS is a free, searchable directory of coaching education that is accredited by ICF. ICF-accredited education has gone through a rigorous review process and demonstrated that its curriculum aligns with the ICF definition of coaching, Core Competencies and Code of Ethics. Level One,
Level Two, and Level Three offerings deliver foundational coach-specific education and training. Continuing Coach Education (CCE) offerings provide advanced and supplemental learning opportunities for trained and credentialed coach practitioners.
As the accrediting body for coach-specific education and accredited providers, we cannot recommend any specific coaching education organizations.

Accomplishment Coaching is a community of ontologically trained coaches and leaders. We hold our training to be the World’s Finest, producing the World’s Finest Coaches. Our special brand of coach training combines Excellence and Rigor with Love and Being. Our graduates form a dynamic community of coaches that provide coaching services for individuals and organizations worldwide. In our yearlong training program, we focus on supporting our participants to remove any barriers that could be in the way of them connecting with other human beings on this authentic and intimate level. The level of this connection will determine the success of their coaching relationships. We offer our intensive 12-month Coaches Training Program both in-person and virtually with programs in San Diego, New York, Washington DC, Chicago, Seattle, and Victoria, British Columbia. We continue to deliver training at a level far above the industry standards, with 216 total in-person training hours, a full year of individual coaching support, and rigorous focus on the skills, support and accountability required to create and maintain a coaching business. We are consistently developing our curriculum and our leaders to ensure that we maintain this high standard. Our thriving Affiliate community and the ongoing connection of our graduates and coaches worldwide, is a continued point of great pride. After graduation from the Coaches Training Program, several opportunities are available including our Leadership Development Program. Students who have completed our 12-month Coaches Training Program and demonstrated an advanced proficiency in their coaching skills as well as their ability to develop and maintain a professional coaching practice are eligible to apply for participation in this program. The Leadership Development Program (LDP) is designed as continuing education and practice for all of our graduate coaches. This multi-tiered program focuses on all aspects of you, your coaching, your message and your leadership. Participants have the opportunity to receive an unparalleled level of mentoring, leadership training and development in an environment with a proven track record for producing successful coaches and leaders. |
