The ESS is a free, searchable directory of coaching education that is accredited by ICF. ICF-accredited education has gone through a rigorous review process and demonstrated that its curriculum aligns with the ICF definition of coaching, Core Competencies and Code of Ethics. Level One,
Level Two, and Level Three offerings deliver foundational coach-specific education and training. Continuing Coach Education (CCE) offerings provide advanced and supplemental learning opportunities for trained and credentialed coach practitioners.
As the accrediting body for coach-specific education and accredited providers, we cannot recommend any specific coaching education organizations.

ABOUT THE PROGRAM Join us and receive 75 hours of virtual training that is a balance of large group dynamic education, community-based learning, live practice and application of the material, and l:l support. The cohorts, which will consist of no more than 20 participants, will receive direct guidance and support of an ICF Master Certified Coach. Training will include: 47 hours of live, interactive synchronous training hours including 10 hrs of mentor coaching 28 hours asynchronous preparation, practice, and reading hours including peer coaching; Observed coaching practice with written feedback; Ongoing access to a cohort of mentors, coaches, and like-minded individuals. Support for required sessions to attain ICF ACC certification are built into the curriculum. |
