The ESS is a free, searchable directory of coaching education that is accredited by ICF. ICF-accredited education has gone through a rigorous review process and demonstrated that its curriculum aligns with the ICF definition of coaching, Core Competencies and Code of Ethics. Level One,
Level Two, and Level Three offerings deliver foundational coach-specific education and training. Continuing Coach Education (CCE) offerings provide advanced and supplemental learning opportunities for trained and credentialed coach practitioners.
As the accrediting body for coach-specific education and accredited providers, we cannot recommend any specific coaching education organizations.

How to develop a Coaching Mindset? The importance of a self-reflective practice for the coach MODULE 3 Coaching Agreement The coaching agreement in the ICF Competency Model The agreement in the coaching process and in the coaching session The agreement as a systemic approach in the ICF Competency Model MODULE 4 Active Listening: Values, Believes and Purpose How do we listen for values, beliefs and purpose How to evoke awareness What is beyond the coach’s questions MODULE 5 Coaching Skills The ICF Coaching Competency Model The ICF Code of Ethics MODULE 6 Practicum with peers Students will take on the role of coach, the role of client and the role of observer giving and receiving feedback of others. This is the perfect space for you to practice, practice, practice and learn by doing and receiving feedback.
