The International Coaching Federation (ICF) does not offer initial education and training to become a coach (we only offer professional development for practiced coaches). As the accrediting body for coach-specific education and accredited providers, we cannot recommend any specific coaching education organizations.

To ensure quality education, ICF accredits coaching education organizations that meet the high standards set forth by ICF and ICF Coaching Education. The search for a coach education program is a highly individual process that depends greatly on your personal preferences and goals. Program Description:	Mastering the Coaching Mindset The key for developing mastery in coaching is deepening in coaching skills and interacting with other professional coaches. Acquiring the set of skills, attitudes and competencies beyond the average coaching, requires an environment that moves the participant from their comfort zone challenging them to go deeper in coaching their clients and take risks beyond current comfort zone. The learning process is encouraged by the feedback from the master coach, based on coaching practice experience. Designed to provide a quality learning process in a safe environment our students go through the process from “good to great” refining and fine tuning their coaching competences and skills on their own terms. CoachComapnion of Scandinavia AB delivers this programme as Synchronous Learning (SL) 26 hours and (AL) 4 hours. Total hours 30.
