Education Search Service (ESS)
The ESS is a free, searchable directory of coaching education that is accredited by ICF. ICF-accredited education has gone through a rigorous review process and demonstrated that its curriculum aligns with the ICF definition of coaching, Core Competencies and Code of Ethics. Level One,
Level Two, and Level Three offerings deliver foundational coach-specific education and training. Continuing Coach Education (CCE) offerings provide advanced and supplemental learning opportunities for trained and credentialed coach practitioners.
As the accrediting body for coach-specific education and accredited providers, we cannot recommend any specific coaching education organizations.

The search for a coach education program is a highly individual process that depends greatly on your personal preferences and goals. The ESS is designed to give you basic information about all ICF-Accredited Education Providers.

With this vision, ZaPASS Japan, founded in 2019, expands a coach matching platform, a coaching school, and a management school in coaching style. Through businesses to support adults who never give up anything matters, ZaPASS Japan aims to maximize the potential of society. Coaching School "ZaPASS Coach Academy" is an online coaching school for business people who want to be coaches and want to learn coaching skills to apply for their jobs. The school started in September 2019. Since then, more than 150 people have been learning coaching at our school and becoming "adults living true to themselves". https://zapass.co/academy/ Coach matching platform "ZaPASS coaching" matches our accredited coaches and clients. By using the original methods we invented, we find and suggest the best match and support the coaching sessions. In the Advance Course, students learn mental models in coaching, which are essential to becoming professional coaches. Throughout two days, we have 10 hours of face-to-face classes. We take more than 50% of class time as practice time. |
